There will be a PARC Executive Committee meeting and Congress
held in connection with the event (date/time to be announced on site). |

Officiating |
Loser are requiered to referee, failure to
referee will result in a forfeit on the next games. The LOC will provide
certified referees in those matches that required them. |

$80 first event -- $40 second event |

An Instructor Certification Course will be given by IPRO Gary Mazaroff on March

Friendship Cup |
Players playing in the the Friendship Cup must be part of the
official delegation from that country. |
